What happened to KD's "Deal" with Nike to never have his shoes priced over $100.00? Look for the KDV Elite to be $180 Nike
You know Nike still upset why they didn't release an Elite PS version of the KDIV... They'll look to make up for it this year..
Funny, jut a few months ago everybody was crying about the Lebron X+ being $280 then all the Lebron + sold out... Now Nike is taking these to $305 & so many people want them that they gotta do a raffle/ ticket system to keep the peace...
What's the use of crying over prices if they're all gonna sell out any way? & Lebron's ain't the only shoe..
What happened to KD's shoes never being above $100 ?? Ha! Those days are gone.. His shoes will be at $150 next then $175 & in 2 years $200.... Foams?? Same thing Now they retail at $250...
The next few years will be interesting to watch.. When those Lebron X denim joints drop later this year, I'm already expecting a $325 price tag on those, don' worry those will sell out just like these Corks...
@Gusto @Sneakerhead2320 Sounds to me like you have to get these general release all- star shoes & be like everybody else, cuz you have no way to get Corks... I bet if they gave 'em to you you'd take them... Then again you sound like a beast so you'd probably just resale them....

Great Job Nike... These Barkleys & all the other All Star shoes: Lebron's, Kobe's & KD's releasing on the same weekend as the Black & Royal 1's.... Hopefully the Beasts will drop their cash on Glow in the dark shoes & Retro's

Nike, thank you for releasing all of these All Star shoes.. Barkley's, Lebron's, Kobe's & KD's on 2/14 - 2/16 including the Black & Royal 1's the same weekend., oh & please let that rumor of the Bred 11 re-stock happen all star weekend too...Hopefully all the Hypebeasts will blow their nickels & dimes on all those shoes...

Them CDubbz stole the show at the '02 All Star game...I remember NBC wouldn't take the camera off of them... Dada had to do something to make CWebb standout after all he did replace Shaq in the starting lineup....

It's all for a great cause, but something tells me 1 size 10.5 sneaker is gonna sell for at least 2k...
@hozezae I have Banned 1's.. & yes it's a 2011 shoe.. & yes the quality of leather used is way better than anything that JB has put out in at least the past 10-12 years, I know I have 2001 1's & the Banned 1's are way better Material wise than those.. they May be even better than the '94 retro...
So I guess my point is, Nike Didn't have a problem producing a high quality product like the Banned 1's in 2011 for $109.99 +tax.. with 3 pair of laces & all the extra details..
So what's the excuse for not doing that all the time?
I'll tell you one thing.. When I was a kid back in the 80's wearing 1's, 2's, 3's & 4's... I don't ever remember the paint cracking or chipping after wearing them..
@StephenDensmore @Kev Loco No, the "Nike Air" on the tongue is not worth $30.. It's just Nike Charging an extra $30 because the can.
If "Nike Air" is the only reason for charging an extra $30, then someone please explain why the Banned 1's retailed at $109.99.. I mean those had the correct labeling not to mention 3 pair of Laces (Black, White & Red) The 2 piece box & the quality of material used was excellent..The leather looks amazing on them. People will say they were B-Grades, but anybody who has them or has seen them will tell you, if that's Nike's definition of a B-Grade then they need to be releasing B-Grades.. Cause they look really good.. Also all the little extra's such as the "X" on the heel & inside of the shoe is really detailed...
Nike knows what they can get away with so they'll .... just do it..

You know, I picked up the Wolf grey 2012 last year because I got an employee discount on them & they actually were pretty comfortable & didn't look too bad with the short inner boot ( I never used or wanted to see what the Hi strap looked like)
However these XX8, Damn... They are truly trash.. I don't care if these are sitting on outlet shelves everywhere, I just couldn't spend anything on these.... I don't think there's anything that could save these..
JB could always make these in a Galaxy colorway, South beach colorway or a Year of the Snake Colorway... Then I guarantee the beasts would get the Thirst!
Can't wait, these & Knick CW on same day, then Bred 13's the next weekend & 2 weeks after that the 5's.... Gonna be a good month....
@84 Don't worry Homie, Nike gonna release this 3 again in 2014 with "Nike" on the bottom sole & the Heel.. Just to another reason to make more money...
Then the Thirst gonna start all over again...
They might have the "Nike Air" on the back, like the '88 & '94 Retro's... But one thing they won't have in common with those two is the price tag...
