I just looked at the source, Businessweek, and I didn't see anything in the article about Tizen devices being able to run Android apps?  Where does this piece of information come from?

Totally disappointed that for Android it requires 4.0+ or above...  I wonder what it is about the app that required such.  I think they're really limiting themselves, as barely anyone I know has been able to upgrade to ICS as of yet.
