It seems disingenuous to say this will be better for gaming. Gaming is traditionally less about the bandwidth and more about the latency. Using the required proxy and having to deal with sporadic wireless cutting out just means that you would be better off with one slow connection than going bonded.

It can definitely make downloads/movies/etc.. faster- But latency is not something they can improve. Simply pick the best access point and use that vs having to go through a additional server.
