@bondosho I saw a pic of a baby toy smart phone that looks like an iphone, I wonder if the toy company will get sued also? LOL

this is just crazy. apple will bite the hand that feeds them and try to play nice with Google. correct me if i'm wrong but doesnt Samsung make most of the parts for the iphone? it would only be right if Samsung stopped making the parts, or charged them 3 times more for the parts. but in the end it looks like apple is afraid to go after Google directly. and your right apple can suck it, they are money hungry. and instead of listening to their customers and improving the products, they just do what they want and then sue cause people don't want to buy the same phone they had 3 years ago with just new software. oh let apple burn its self to the ground.
I have had mine for about a week now, and I love it. Its a great size that makes it easy to carry around. I use it for it for a little bit of everything. It really all depends on what you plan to do with any tablet your looking to buy. And the battery life is great, so far the longest I have i gone without a charge of almost non-stop use is 19hrs of medium use and the battery only went down to 56%. It would have been nice to have an SD card slot, but if I really need to back up files, photo's and other things I just use Google drive, Box, and now you have Sky drive if anyone uses it.
@xSAVAGEX im sure will try to say they invented texting, dialing, answering a call, ending a call, air, talking and anything else they can think of. most of the things people use in cell phones today started with companies like Nokia. but i dont see Nokia suing everyone. the patent system is a joke.
true this video isn't very good. the only thing i would change about the nexus 7 is add an SD card slot. other then that i love my nexus 7.

@kanoneyez they are trying to play the sympathy card.
apple will most likely try to alter the numbers before they release them, so they can look like the hurt little child that gets bullied.
It would be funny if Samsung refused to make any more parts for apple, or started to charge them more for the parts.
If apple wins this case it will only be the first step for them kill other companies. If apple kills all the competition, say goodbye to options and free choice. They really should have a different judge overseeing this case, someone without their hands in apples pockets.
This is really really really really stupid. apple is spending all this time and money saying that all these other companies are costing them money. Its all these law suites that are costing them a ton of money, and I think some of these judges are being paid off by apple. Why doesn't apple try listening to their customers and make a better product to keep up with the competition? And a lot the things found in cell phones all started with the advancements Nokia has made over the years, but only apple is claiming they made it all.
@kanoneyez I agree with you, and maybe if apple listened to their customers and made a better product they wouldn't problems with sales.
