@CrochetBlogger @SalenaBaca I definitely had a colorful childhood, and it was very rich in culture and art (I was lucky!). I've traveled my whole life, I love it! I've been to so many major cities (New York, Chicago, Oahu, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Paris), but my absolute favorite place is London! I'm fortunate to live just a few hours from it now, and I go every single chance I get - there's always something new to see, do, eat! I will miss London terribly when we move, and I can't imagine loving a place more. I hope to always move around and travel, but I definitely would not be disappointed if I had to settle down in ol' L-Town :) Thanks for the travel tip! I'll add White Sands to my list of place to see in New Mexico!

I just found your blog recently, but have been a faithful follower (especially on facebook) for a few months now! You're really interesting, and I enjoy your posts! Here's a bit about me!
Born and raised hippie in Hawaii, I was blessed to have a barefoot childhood rich in creative arts where I learned to crochet even before grade school. I married my husband nearly 10 years ago, and we have had a wonderful time raising two fantastic children (Halle 14, Aiden 3), two cats (Tido, Foxy Brown), and one dog (Kuma). We’re an Air Force family, and have lived in Georgia, Okinawa, England, and are looking forward to relocating to New Mexico in August. I’ve been an avid crochet artist my entire life, have designed over 50 successful patterns, and have a lesson plan that has produced advanced and intermediate level crochet artists for over 5 years. I enjoy sunshine, karaoke, Chinese food, cotton yarn, and a good book to read. My goals? I strive to be an innovative, original figure in the crochet world (or, at the very least, play with great yarn and make cool stuff). I’m global, so look me up on any of these forums:
