Steve, While I agree with your statement, this guy only had a speeding ticket.  He did everything legally.  While I am not sure what can be done differently that won't limit some type of freedom because I as an owner don't particularly want the gov't to limit how many rounds of ammunition for my 8 guns.  Not sure what can be changed.
