We have to look at the placement of the BR because according to Barron vs Baltimore it is not to be used In the federal document. Yes its the first commandments so to speak but as Justice Marshall surmised it was better served in the States because at that time all people were State citizens not Federal. Not until 1868 and the 14th came into being. The 1st 13th was almost ratified to exclude lawyers from running for office (nobility when they are lawyers) accept the bar it was from the British judicial system. Why was this? Hadn't the founders stated that they wanted a common law base that was seized after the bar was installed? I feel that The Rothchilds, who were very rich, have had a hand in our politics since its founding. Even Nathan Rothschild saw that he had to work slowly to reintroduce his form of banking. Know what he said? How to control any nation, money is the root of all movement and much evil. So Yes I believe that many of these early Amendments were preparatory to what happened later on. What seems to me is that the 14th allowed the nature of the nation to change, albeit not a whole lot at first but with a person of intelligence a way to guide a country unknowingly - Fabian style - into a new Government. We must look at the relevance of placing the Bill of rights back into the control of the states. When the 13th 14th and 15th were added I believe it was to change our Republic to a social democracy as then it is not as difficult to guide it to fascism and into an oligarchy which we are today.

It just occurred to me, and maybe this will make sense to you. If it does, we may have struck on the negative legislative core of liberalism which no one's talking about albeit it's hiding in plain sight. The Bill of Rights is amendments 1- 10 and the principle mechanism through which the Declaration of Independence and Constitution are expressed. Amendments 11 through 27 are the negative core of liberalism, which if we are correct this means these latter amendments are an attempt to usurp our constitutional republic via rewriting the Bill of Rights, which is constitutionally illegal. In reality it doesn't matter what they write after the 10th amendment. If it's constitutionally illegal it's null and void, unless people go along with it. They way these Satans coerced capitulation is the reconstruction amendments, which would have been the true purpose of the civil war - to rewrite and subsequently circumvent the Bill of Rights. Amendments 11- 27 then are a part of an immense racketeering scheme! I wonder why no one's ever talked about this.
