The Kobe VIII Elite is the only shoe that is tolerable. They made the flywire too visible on the KDs like they did for the Hyperdunks last year, and the LeBron is just hideous (I was also not a fan of the X in the 1st place).
But I will NOT pay $200 for a Kobe shoe.

the all red suede was the limit on loudness for this silhouette.... all orange just seems waaaay too much pop for a HUGE shoe

@gary20 kemp40 I definitely agree, but seems a little too clean for such a complex theme.... I would have loved to have seen some of the lining pattern somewhere on the outside. Not asking for an overpowering amount of color, but just a little pop wouldnt have hurt

looking at the video again, I realized it's that shiny leather that reflects horrible off light like what they used on the Kamikaze IIIs. Seems pearlized in the video (and I'm looking at it in 1080P)

it is a RED sole on this shoe first of all2nd of all, since when does Christmas have to automatically refer to the "specific colorway they use for LeBrons"... have you forgotten it's a holiday?
The only reason why LeBron uses the red shoe/green lace combination during Christmas is because the main color on the uniform for both the Cavs and the Heat is RED.
