 @GavrielMicha The most important point you make here, in my humble opinion as a marketing strategist, is the one about marketing no longer being an add-on. Unfortunately, when startups postpone fundamental marketing activities for investment in R&D and technology, they might be building a better, more refined product, but not necessarily one that customers want. It's so important to identify your market early on, to learn how to speak with them (not at them) and to bring all of the feedback into the R&D world.
