Third person present tense usage of the verb evidence:
He evidences himself to be a hard worker.http://www.verb2verbe.com/conjugation/english-verb/evidence.aspx

Evidence is uncountable noun, so the plural of evidence is evidence. Evidences is a word, but it's the third person conjugation of the verb evidence.
