@Maarlon1 software keeps improving and if you're stuck using the tools of 10+ years ago you can't be competitive. there are great technologists of every age but they have to be willing to consistently evolve. things tend to build on each other and experience is still a powerful weapon but I think people need to know when the old lessons they've learned don't apply anymore because the realities on the ground have changed.
