The Chiefs hosted the second half of a Monday night doubleheader in 2010. Even though it kicked off at 9:15ct, it was still a big success for KC and got high ratings.

It was the 2002-03 season and they played the Celtics. Rematch of the 2002 Eastern Conference Finals.
2 years, 1 month ago on Nets Schedule is Released: They're Kinda a Big Deal
The smartest thing the Nets have done this offseason. Getting Deron, Crash, and Joe Johnson was big do not get me wrong. However if this trade were to happen the Nets would have given up a three big time starters. Maybe I shouldn't say big time, but Humphries, Lopez, and Brooks are better than role players so they are somewhere in between. Anyway, in the Joe Johnson trade you have already given up a great backup PG in Farmar and a big time shooter in Anthony Morrow. Jordan Williams looked to be a promising young prospect at the end of the season as well. Those are 3 big time role players lost already, and losing 3 more key players would have been damaging. In fact, if this Dwight Howard trade did happen, I believe that they would have deeply regretted losing Brook Lopez because he is a rare mix of size and skill at the 5. But the Nets made a very smart decision in locking this guy up long term, and the starting 5 of Deron-JJ-Crash-Humphries-Lopez sounds like a potential ECF kind of team if the right cards fall. And with Brooks, Taylor, Green (hopefully), and those 2 European guys coming off the bench, that only makes them better. I could not be more proud to be a Nets fan today.
