My all time love to hate #kettlebell move is the #turkish get up.
Fantastic infographic. Great job putting it together. Only comment is this - it takes work - and often the help of a posture professional to truly correct the imbalances throughout the body, particularly if pain is now a part of the equation. Simple awareness of good posture does not often translate into actually achieving it. I tell my clients that "you can't fix what you can't feel" and "you don't know what you don't know". Often people want to correct their posture, but they don't know what it feels like. Or, there is a limiting factor at one or more of the load joints which inhibits simply trying to model good posture. You have to correct the imbalances at the load joints to allow the pelvis and spine to move into their correct positions. Once that occurs, good posture is much easier to maintain and model. Nonetheless, excellent information!
