@mikebikemusic Thanks.  I am trying it again with the latest version of Pebble Connect with httpebble.  The crashing has been reduced but the watch persistently shows "http fail" despite being connected to the phone and with the Pebble Connect app in the foreground.  Trying to make it work, I did get one crash that wanted to manually reconnect and refresh the watch OS.

unfortunately this crashes my watch every time. it wants to reconnect to the Android app which then, for some reason, 're-applies the os update

 @Uber_DC I don't see anything about minimum fares in Bill 19-630.  Is the text of this amendment available somewhere?  Right now I have no reason to doubt Cheh and Wells.
