Clear as Water, Is a fact that Verizon has incompetent managers as the bad fact of the Droid Bionic that was totally a "chronicle of a death foretold". The Verizon's managers have failed because they don't have the capacity to quicly fix their bad decisions, and even they was 9 months late they release the result of a bad path.

So what are we waiting to in deed make an Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close yell to Verizon?!?!?!?

I know people love the Samsung Galaxy S III, But Samsung is not Motorola (which will do anything what Verizon ask them because they are a weak company (comparing to Samsung Devices Market/Selling) So if everybody returns their Samsung Galaxy S III, Samsung will not rest in peace untill make a new trade/arrangement with Verizon (Verizon without the Galaxy SIII it only get left with Samsung Galaxy Nexus which is all ready in the Courts). So anyone bet what will happened if everybody returns their Galaxy S III to Verizon.  People don't believe that The people has enough power to go against an unfair contract, but history can prove the contraire. Isn't it Verizon Selling the Iphone in the WAY Apple tell him (Apple's terms)??  So now that Samsung is selling more phones than Apple is totally probable that Samsung can demand release of an unlocker option for people who wants/ask to unlock the boatloader

UPDATE: "Samsung already is going to offer a completely unlockable Verizon Galaxy S III for $599 online from its developer portal". But what the Hell, not everybody has the $599.

So return itto buy it and just add a note in the warranty that any firmware/ROM changes implies that it will be only elegible for a "Factory Reset" and not a Change/Replace devices. (a factory reset will implies that the device will be hours or days at verizon for a factory reset).  That sounds pretty fair for every parts!!! And in the case of HARDWARE failure Carriers already make an inspection to see if the HARDWARE damage was "Natural/God Will" (aka factory bad production) or a "the hand of erratic costumers action."
