Well, after some research online, it turns out the app is available in 21 countries...................in freaking Europe.  Would have been nice information to have in the article guys.

Just got the battery ordered for my wife's phone, no problems at all.  Customer service was very helpful, didn't make me jump through any hoops at all, and actually waived the tax and shipping charges! Thank you for the heads up!
