The 9th Amendment to the Constitution states, "The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights, shall not be constued to deny or disparage others retained by the people." My question is, broadly interpreted, does this allow individual citizens to nullify unjust laws? Could 40 million people nullify ObamaCare on individual basis? It is an interesting exercise.
