I followed the instructions of a recipe I had.

I thought it was difficult too...  but it was easy.

Beth is having a recipe in her book.  Quite similar to mine. 

The most important thing is to add the oil very slowly.

You should try again, this is so exciting to succeed!

I wanted to make lemonade last week but it's seem that is not the season for citrus.... I have a hard time finding good fruits here, at the north... ;)

 

I'll try again this week.... I live in the countryside and groceries are not good as cities shopping facilities...  Kids love fruit juices.....  changes are not easy with them... ;)

 

Will try to find some other juices recipes.... thanks!  :)
