@LP66 @MrsMcCheese @FlowerPower keep Jeffrey on 3rd line... if anything try Boychuck on line 4 without Neal... keep neal in the top 6.

@LP66 @MrsMcCheese @FlowerPower ps we have Boychuk who is a 3rd line center.  We have a center... not saying he's worth anything but ya know... one exists.

@LP66 @MrsMcCheese @FlowerPower who is going to give us anything for TK?  Seriously that guy is worth a bag of pucks

@LP66 @MrsMcCheese @FlowerPower perhaps Neal can't connect with Sid's passes.  Obviously there was a reason why Dallas put him as trade bait with Nisky for Gogo.  He's played well in the Allstar game and project Hattrick which leads me he can play with others in a "casual" atmosphere... but maybe he's really that guy when the heat is on he can only respond to a few people and perform.

@LP66 @MrsMcCheese @FlowerPower I guess Dan's thought is in that Nealer either plays phenomenal or awful depending on his center and how they play.  At least we know that the kuni. crosby, duper line performs... so far Neal has made no contact with Crosby... so if he's going to do nothing might as well have a strong 1st line?

@LP66 @MrsMcCheese @FlowerPower ya never know until it happens... but we have been in those scenarios and I think we can all vouch for what our team can and cannot do.

@FlowerPower @LP66 @MrsMcCheese exactly.  One line shouldn't make or break a team.  But look at Neal... he's an amazing player, but he falls to pieces without a strong center.  Yeah, Sutter had a great night, but he's not a good fit for Neal.  And what about defense?  Letang is "good" right?  why hasn't he been playing very well this season?  Or Orpik?  He hasn't had a stellar season either.

@Larfleeze @MrsMcCheese maybe Bylsma should be more of a dick and less of a buddy.  Cause the "my buddy" system is not working

@FlowerPower @MrsMcCheese true story, he lost the team because he was too stiff on the players, but seriously?  Being everyone's bestie is not working at all.  It's time they just admit defeat and move on.

@LP66 you'd like to think it was one... but what about the last few?  Ever since Malkin has been hurt it seems like the team can barely figure out how to play hockey.  Have quite a few of the top 40 players in the NHL (I am considering who was/ would be on the All-Stars team) and having them fall apart repeatedly without Malkin is pretty scary

But seriously, so Thierren didn't work for us... but he seems to be a good fit for the habs.  They are playing amazingly well.  I'm not saying kick Dan to the curb now, especially during a weirdo season... but if we have a similar turn out like we have the last few years there really is no option as how to handle this.  We have way too many players in their prime to keep throwing away season after season.  Sometimes just a slight "tweak" to the system/ morale can make the difference.  I can't see how Shero would let another year go by with poor playoff results.

@LP66 @FlyinPenguin I don't know about that.  At this point I would think the two goalies of record were Price and Overpriced (Voukoun)

@hrdinasnipples @MrsMcCheese The habs played like crap... so did we.  Unfortunately for us this seems to be the new normal... for the habs, this is the first loss in 8.  If we played a 7 game series, I can't be sure we would have ended up on top.

@LP66 @Mr. Confidence remember after like game 2 or 3 when we were still winning and the team "had a players only meeting" to discuss how they had to play better?  Apparently those guys at that meeting are all on IR or or on vacation.

It may be a win, but I still see it as a defeat.
