@Coca Scola IDK man, I really don't think that was the issue. There are always tons of cops there, and people don't want to get pulled over in front of 200 people. Tons of the cars probably aren't even 100% legal and they don't want to draw attention.

1. This was inevitable. The Irvine Company wants to control everything in the city, especially property values and perceived safety. It's an incredibly sterile, vanilla place to live and they intend on keeping it that way.
2. C&C Irvine's quality has gotten pretty terrible. For those that go, it's really just nothing but R35 GT-Rs, newer 911s, some Lamborghinis, and some Ferrari Californias. Oh, and now there are a ton of FR-S and BRZs. That's pretty much the extent of it.
It looks like a Nissan or Porsche dealer there now. People bring their brand new 2014 GT-Rs there as though they are something interesting to look at.

@tom It's already a gigantic engine, with DOHC. If you look at an LS7, which has bigger displacement, next to a Coyote, the Coyote will dwarf the LS7.

@Beany Toe is a bigger wear-and-tear menace than camber. With lots of toe, your tires are being laterally loaded at all times. With lots of camber, you're just focusing wear over a smaller patch, without the lateral loads associated with toe.

@greenroadster @SeanStott That doesn't change the fact that you can get a double wishbone setup on a Toyota Tacoma, Ford Crown Victoria, Honda Accord.... yet you get a Macpherson Strut on a 911 that is the same idea as a Ford Focus, a Chevy Malibu, et al.
Sure, maybe it has a more advanced adjustable setup. Doesn't change the fact that on a track it will have a poorer-performing camber curve than a Toyota Tacoma.

@mbretschneider @SeanStott I feel like factory cores are usually thinner.
I'm in the same boat as you though. I have a front mount intercooler, and the inlet/outlet exit in the front of it. This means I have to fit a radiator between the inlet/outlet, and severely narrowed my options. I had to go with something around 18" square, but it's a double row aluminum unit. Should be adequate for how I use my car.
The first thing you want to optimize is core and tube/fin design, which usually means choosing aluminum over copper (even though copper is better heat conductor). From there, you want to get as big of a surface area as possible for maximum efficiency. Then, go thicker as needed. The problem with going too thick is that you start to have too much thickness for higher speed ram-air cooling. Figure you might have as much as an air-to-air intercooler, A/C condenser, oil cooler, and radiator all in a row.

you can get a full set of rota grids for less than the price of 1 volk wheel. the quality is comparable in 99% of situations. there are tons of instances of bent volks, it's not like they are indestructible compared to the knockoffs.
many people aren't in a position to drop $3500 for wheels when a near identical product can be had for something like $600.

honestly TE37s have jumped the shark.
the embossing between each spoke on the lip is way overkill, and so is the engraved logo on the spokes. i always kind of laughed at people who kept the decals on the spokes, it's mad corny, but now they have no choice!
