"All of the great world religions emphasize the sanctity of human life, and strive to limit the use of violence to what's admissible in certain cases. "

You lost credibility half way through your article with that statement.  Islam does not "strive to limit the use of violence"...1400 years of history says just the opposite.  Why is it so hard for people to understand that Moslems have been killing people consistently since Mohammad moved to Medina.  Yeah, I know...all major religions have evil periods in their pasts but only Moslems kill apostates, practice taqqiya and state that their goal is to conquer the world and install Sharia over everyone.  Why is this so hard for people to grasp?

@blondewitharifle Thank you for the kind and encouraging words!  I actually saw my husband's head swell when he read "Patrick Henry" of our time."

We're going to the Best Ranger Competition at Ft. Benning, GA, next week and when we return he's getting together with our county sheriff to make sure he's on board.

Oh gosh, I just read this and it sounds like he's competing in the BRCompetition!  As much as he'd like to, they don't offer an over-65 Vietnam Veteran event. :)

Last month, our county commission (Carter County, TN) voted down (8 to 7) the 2nd Amendment Resolution model legislation that my husband and I had given the county mayor.

So, yesterday morning, my husband went to the monthly Commission meeting with a speech he had written about nullification.  At first, they said he couldn't speak because the issue had already been defeated.  After one of the commissioners said "I'd like to hear what he has to say," Joe gave his 2 minute presentation and to make a very long story a bit shorter...he got hearty applause from citizens and commissioners alike, they revoted and it PASSED 16 to 2.

He had never addressed a political meeting like this, stayed awake half the night worried about it, and I almost talked him out of going.  But, ONE MAN, with the FACTS on Nullification, made a difference.  Thank you, Tenth Amendment Center for the ammo!!!

@Michael Boldin Thank you...I am really enjoying your site.  I let it get away from me for awhile but I'm more convinced than ever that the answers we are all seeking for a renewed America will be found in action at the state level.  Working on a project called "50 to Fix It"...will keep you posted.

I went to "George Soros ANAI" and found a blogsite which asserts that the Baptist Church is in cahoots with the Vatican to house abducted children being sold into slavery internationally.  Because I find that more than ridiculous, I will no longer read anything posted by "gypsynovus".

Tell me how you know what Haslam is prepared to do?  And, the two houses of the TN state government have GOP SUPER majorities.  Who will be battling over what?

Obamacare is constitutional!??? Can the states refuse to participate?  Can the states refuse to create health insurance coops?  How do we get the right to buy health insurance across state lines or on the internet?  Why is competition not allowed in purchasing health care?

I will not pay a tax for non-participation!
