Just downloaded it on my wife's Razr Maxx. So far she is very happy with it. She hasn't experienced lag, but she is complaining that her battery is already starting to die. Not sure if that was just the initial update running its course or if it really is the new OS. Looks like she will just have to wait a couple days to find out for sure.
