@DarrenButz Amazon makes money through Amazon.com. Google makes money through selling and sometimes stealing info. Apple makes money through hardware. It's not going to change.
2 years, 2 months ago on iPad mini component costs broken down - $188 in total - best value iDevice out there?
@JeffCunningham1 Well when Apple starts tracking your every move for advertisements, you'll get cheaper devices. This isn't Android. "Free" software thats only free at the cost of the consumers. Apple needs to make money. Google makes a lot of their money through advertisements. Hope you learned something, my friend ;).

@ChrisBaham I could play 720P videos on my iPod Touch fourth gen... Pretty sure the mini can handle that as well.

Weird. I'd imagine these parodies attacking Android makers. Look at all the phones/tablets they come out that are very similar... Many are the exact same thing with a different name and a different (albeit slightly) design.
But then it wouldn't be cool to hate on Samsung, now would it? These "comedians" are honestly taking the easy way out on their acts... Never even heard of these guys, haha.

@TheiPhone7isoutdated Yes, very jealous. Two "top of the line Androids" that I have had in the past year-ish. One a tablet (Nexus 7) and a phone. Both let me down. I can do so much more on my 4S than on my 7 (shocker) and its smoother and better to use overall (random screen malfunctions anyone?). So how am I jealous? How do I not know what I'm talking about? (pretty sure you will post this some time, just by your name)
The only company that has really done Android justice is HTC (to some extent Moto). Samsung has gotten a cult following, and that is what I'm confused about. HTC is way better in every way. The screens they put on phones are better. Their overlay is better... Just want Samsung loyalists to snap out of it.

Its funny but it seems like they just showed the tech idiots. The first couple seemed to be fresh off the boat from some African country. I like how Apple has iPad, iPad Mini, iPhone, and iPod touch, and they say how Apple is just releasing things to see if people are gullible. Yet Samsung has many phones and tablets that are very much the same but no one bitches. Why do people have such high expectations from one company and treat another with low expectations(samsung)? GS3 should've been the GS2.5 and the Note should have been the Note 1.5, but you'll never hear that, oh no Samsung can't do anything wrong. Samsung has become the new Apple which I'm happy (no more people saying, "oh shit look at my cool iPhone" anymore... Although there are some idiots saying that. I hear more, "Look at my GS3, its so cool") I just want the Samsung folks to snap out of it so we don't have "sheep" calling out "sheep" anymore.
@roboguy12 @ThomasClinton Agreed. I love my Apple products, but I need to immerse myself in Win, iOS, and Android to become a good developer... You gotta see the bad in all companies as well as the good.
2 years, 3 months ago on Apple Introduces New iPad 4, Twice As Fast As iPad 3
@roboguy12 @ThomasClinton One XL I meant, haha. Oh and Droid Razr and Droid Razr Max. On an unrelated note, the different colors of the GS3 that gets no hate. Yet the whole white iPhone (4 I believe) causes people to become buthurt... Lets just say groupthink works both ways, not just to one group.
@roboguy12 @ThomasClinton (HTC One, HTC One X)... umm nope. I have used Android from phones to the Nexus 7, and this is the case, unless you go Nexus.
@ThomasClinton Be lucky you don't have an Android or you'd be outdated in 2 months. :O
@Tonybabo @rtomyj @TheOneandOnlyAnonymouse I hope you meant me putting him in his place ^_^!!
2 years, 7 months ago on Foxconn CEO says iPhone 5 will put Galaxy S III to shame
@TheOneandOnlyAnonymouse Apple is not even comparing anything...its a guy that runs a factory.... sigh
@TheOneandOnlyAnonymouse Well talking to you is like talking to a brick wall, so I will end it like this. Your experiences, your 12 sd cards, your need of flash, your blind loyalty to one company is amusing and opinion. You act like there are no laptops (well actually most Android guys do) why work on something that you need to buy memory for? How is a laptop so hard to carry? Why work on a phone with "Android Lag"? So many questions, so many opinions... And that is all your giving me. As for you not losing your cards, your very lucky, but your not the only person in the world. People forget, people misplace, people are humans. Actually most your arguments are, "It works for me, therefor it works for everyone."....Please take philosophy class, or a debate class, or heck a human interaction class... it seems like you need it if you start an argument with, "your an idiot".
As for flash, yes I do work with computers, and always love when people make out to, "Oh I know how to ask someone for an input, I'm a programmer and better than any one that isn't one." Yes flash is important to "computers", but HTML is actually better on a mobile device. Faster, more secure, and more widely adopted.
When I said the Retina display is fact, its fact. The only real competition is the AMOLED screen that you mentioned. Except, there are people that surprisingly don't like a blue hued screen (I know must be a shocker that people don't like what you like, and must therefor be an idiot). It has a high PPI, and might be in the top 5 for PPI but I know its not first. It also has a very nice any angle view. Finally, it is pretty damn sturdy. Now, that's not my opinion is it buddy.
Now it begs to ask the question, what the hell are you doing on an iPhone website if you clearly hate Apple? haha
@TheOneandOnlyAnonymouse Kinda reminds me of reviewers comparing a new Android phone to a 6 month old iPhone, no? Also, all the TV ads bashing the iPhone because a new Android came out... But when you love one thing your blinded by the light, sigh....
Nice try buddy, but no.
Micro SD cards are going out, but why are most Android makers not just discontinuing SD card support? Because Google hasn't made it work yet. You guys don't have the ability to get your docs in one place (Pages), heck your contact sync sucks as well (can't get it to sync since apparently 1 1/2 years ago, haha). SD cards are easy to lose, expensive and not green (all that refrain the new generation from wanting it).
I like how you flat out call someone a fanboy when you yourself seem way to blinded by Google, which don't get me wrong its an awesome company and maybe one day I will work there. However, Android phone makers have much to learn. For example Samsung has to stop riding Apples success but that's another story for another day... The only reason they started making bigger phones was to try and compete with the superior screen of the iPhone, which is clearly superior there is no use denying facts.
Flash is still supported because of legal or business reasons (might be a contract, or some other type of reason). And no, Safari is actually better than the stock browser app. This is one of the reasons why Google is bringing over Chrome (well they already did, but its going to be in beta for about a year in typical Google fashion). Now if your arguing Chrome vs Safari, the clear winner is Chrome, no doubt.
Finally the iCloud, I don't know why but ignorant people always assume people mean, "First to do something" when in reality that's not what the words iv'e written meant. I did say that Apple pioneered it over to a PHONE by making it WORK. Never said first did I? Alright now that I have established that, lets move on to price... Have you heard of WIFI?! It's this beautiful invention from, I don't know, almost a decade ago (a decade means 10 years, just so there is no miss-communication here). Its free in many places and costs like 20 bucks...Nothing that is going to break the bank, and this is coming from a college student as well. And yes there are a lot of options out there, but "insert your tricycle analogy".
@MichaelMa1 Smaller screen? if the rumors are true the new iPhone will have a 4" screen and that is big enough for most (my ideal screen size would be 4.3 nothing bigger than that). Flash? It's dead, your late on this buddy, heck Android is loosing support as well. Micro cards? have you heard of the cloud, yeah that's the future and Apple pioneered it on phones by actually providing a service that works. Even Android phones are stepping away from this medium. You need to get informed and not spew nonsense that made sense 2 years ago.
