This may be the "resposible" thing for hosts to do - approve of their clients before allowing them to be clients... may be.  Still a concern is the just-hand-it-over attitude of the industry when the data isn't theirs to hand over.  Won't anyone (major provider) fight a subpoena?

This may be the "responsible" path for hosting companies to take.  Still, I'm concerned with the just-hand-it-over to 'the Feds' attitude within the industry.  Won't anyone (major provider) fight a subpoena?
