@AceAndrew2 Same reason you would need a 7 second skyline i suppose.
The plastic oil filler cap gets me, just expected something shiney there. Function over form i suppose.
Spa for me, prob cos i dont know one corner from the next mind.
@LucaSchult Is the ring still looking for a backer?
Ooohhh, the number 44 GT40 is nice, great picture!
@KeithCharvonia Just goes to show that the unthinkable really does happen, and still today. Only at the weekend a guy lost his life at Donnington park after his mini crashed into a mustang that had spun out, he succumbed to his injurys apparently! Sad to think that still today these things happen.
No garage is complete with out a big hammer, and no job can be done properly with out the aid of said hammer (a-la Jeremy Clarkson style). However the Donnington GP was weeks ago, how come there was no coverage on here, or was this more of the behind the scene style post. Nether the less, great insight into the workings of a pro team. BTW, the desktop of just the hand and spanners is great, nice shot.
@JDM_Luca I like to think so, but in all honesty 'probally' not! :(
Very similiar to my daily commute to work, only im on a bicycle.
I dont think your the only one with this 'problem'. What a great choice of cars you have brought us. I'd have the MK6 golf though, i think.
I quite liked the fit and finish of your wheels, plus, they look really smart. You just have to work out how to get more heat into the rears.
Is this going to be something else Mclaren can't win
while this is not really my kind of thing, i am very impressed with the build, and the finished product looks very badass!
Its not really that powerful, alright my onesix isnt either, but then its not trying to be a supercar. Its a good job it will sell on looks alone, and lets be honest, all the Astons are starting to look alike. But hey, i would still buy one if i had the money. Great pics though.
I would of been well chuffed if someone wanted their picture took with me. At least you know your works appreciated.
I didn't see 1 hammer in the pics, surely they cant be built right! Did u get a tour of the downstairs production area too? Will there be a post on it if so? Also, i wonder if the TVR production line was this efficent in its day.
Road test coming soon I presume ;)
@FunctionFirst @roeby I cant help but think Mclaren chose the wrong man. I do hope he will make return though, he seemed genuine and happy to be on the grid.
Are you ever concerned you might run out of cars to 'shoot'? what will we all do then.
