@speedhunters_dino @meal stub @StephenPark For some reason the link F'ed up. http://timeattack.nu/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Untitled-1.jpgLittle video from 2010 where it was running a bit over 800PS. Now its around 900 at the wheels but only runs that map at certain tracks, comfortably around 800 otherwise- even in the rain. ;-)https://vimeo.com/21423040
@speedhunters_dino @meal stub @StephenPark Nice little feat. Dino, I have missed a lot of the content that kept coming from Japan. Thats Speedhunters (and yours) forte!
Regarding the discussion. This is the fastest Supra in all of Europe, we did the engine concept a few years ago and its been faster for every season. Its according to Japanese "decently streetable" Time Attack regulations and on semi-slicks; but runs even based on laptimes at Rudskogen with the wildest Gatebil Extreme cars. Not bad?
http://timeattack.nu/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Untitled-1.jpgPS. The Evo is not bad either for an even more streetable build. Current leader of the Swedish Time Attack series (www.timeattack.nu).
No BS, no arguing on what sentiments to judge upon... this is the fail-safe GUT-FEELING when watching the pics:
1. Sean x Vita4One Z4 (in a class of its own, however you try and compare it to the others. Congrats Sean!)
- - - -
2. Paddy x DriftKing (Hit it up with some B&W or color filters and we got ourselves a legend. Is this the next T-shirt from SH?)
3. Mike x Salt flats rustbucket (Hard to ask for a better object and location match)
4. Flying Supra (Lucky shot... but a damn good one)
5. Larry x Mike in action (Please dont unfriend me Larry, I know the work around this typical pic but... I still get a GoPro screenshot feeling. Flame on, its still my #5 of this bunch.)
Cheers and thanks for another year of good reads/views SH!

Good to see you active again. I thought you guys had a minimum quota of articles to write each month, so been missing your name here. Or maybe I've just been sloppy following... Good read nevertheless, Iam pretty sure our own "shed" which we have our own shop in would baffle you as well, with a few really mad old democars just collecting dust among the different customer cars loitering around... Next time your in SWE! :-)

@roninlotus211 You seem to omit not everyone has the time to cater to every elitist prick out there. Maybe the owner feels its better to keep it mechanically sound and indeed use it like he should; before being worried about someone who apparently used to do cool stuff call it "a shitbox not worthy driving anymore" because of some paint peeling off at places = patina & character.
Sorry mate, this is internet arguing and your probably someone I would get along with and listen to stories with but... chill with the condescending attitude.
Like I said, it will only please those of us who go to these meets regularly and shrug of the sick shit (the good one) that happens there just saying "Because: Gatebil".
Keep doing your formal "historic hill-climbs" with average age of 65 and we'll continue to have one of the worlds most extreme motor events for a new generation; where people wear battle scars proudly in order to trash one more set of tires as soon as they can instead of polishing their car for the 90th time that year...

@roninlotus211 @Fredrik Sorlie Ahh, I was going to post a comment asking the polite Mr. Sörlie not to waste his time at a *insert harsh reality check description of a douche* but... you put it proudly up yourself on what type of character you are. I found the "old fuck" and keywords "BEEN" and "DONE" most accurate on what I myself was thinking reading your bitter posts.
Thank you, I think every Gatebil enthusiast honestly gets a kick out of foreigners who couldn't dream of the fun (you might need to google that word) we have in our grassroots Motorsport scene; getting bitter about it in a trolling fashion in an online blog... :-)
Just wanted to say, these posts will never achieve the kind of likes, replies or clicks you get my doing more err... youthful parts of automotive but... without posts like these, purists that really appreciate Speedhunters for its origins will get lost.
With that said, great job (again) dear sir and keep up the good work.

Whats up Paddy? Everything OK? I think you need some Scandinavian fresh air again to feel better, good to see your posts again here at SH. Got more on that black wiiide beast?

@HunterMcLeod Pretty sure Paddy doesn't mind, this is one year old and has some info. The car is... unique.

The pic of Martin is stellar! I definitely did NOT look that cool in one of those things...
Thanks for the mention, but we need ONE MORE PART! People are going nuts over this series of event coverage in Sweden so don't you dare to stop now! ;-)
Holy crap! How often do you find the license plate of your FIRST UK IMPORT (big sentimental tear in my eye) at a pic on Speedhunters somewhere ten years later... in a heap of scrap! :-D
How many more parts coming? WE WANT M0AR!

I think I accidentally deleted my previous comment...
Awesome "intro" Paddy, just scratching the surface of this weekend and still putting a lot other features to damn shame. Really looking forward to the next part, it was a pleasure to have you here and let you meet all of "my family". I know they all appreciated your fellowship as well. Whens next time ?! ;-)
