I like cars and photography.
I just want to see cars like that once. Sooner the better too.

Wow. I just got back from a Rally America event here in….America, but this is a whole different and awesome level. Sometimes I wish I lived in England to be so close to these cars. This is easily one of my favorite stories on here. And then the there's the S4……..

The thing about starting off with a 70-200 f/4 then going to a 2.8 is so true. I loved the 4, but then I used my friends 2.8 and bought one a few months later. Love it. Then put that on my 1D II, gets me in trouble.

I wonder how much it would cost for that company to build be a replica P1.

I love cars like this, and throw in a mystery and it's even better. I looked on Google for the hell of it, and came across the attached photo from the '73 Fuji 1000km. I clicked on it to hopefully get a bigger photo, but it looks like it's no longer hosted. It just caught my eye because it's white, red and blue. Forgive me if it's not an RX-3, my limited knowledge of the car and tiny low res photo doesn't help. It also looks like there might be a single bar running up throw the rear window too. Hopefully it's something! If not, it's still fun either way!

I want that Safari 510 and the 914. The lowered stance with the fog lights looks awesome. I'd spend so much money on the toys there, I'd be so in debt…….

Ah, so this is what you and Alex were going back and forth over. I guess that's pretty close to to where we were enduring during the rally. I don't know what your wind chills hit, but we hit about 20 or 30 below at times. But we didn't come close to seeing as many cool cars…or snowmobiling.

@Speedhunters_Bryn @EricSeanDelaney Well I guess you'll just have to come back. The Woodward Dream Cruise is a mighty fine event for Speed Hunters! Hot Rods, muscle cars, imports, exotics. I mean, it is the largest one day auto event in the world!

Ah, the dial getting turned by an outside source, seems to get me at least once an event. And it never fails to be at the best/worst time.

Robby Gordon. He will eventually top Mini.

I can't agree more about walking around parking lots. I find myself usually more excited for the parking lots over the actual events.
And that Audi still pulls at my heart strings. Last year we took a trip to England and drove around, and while driving a little outside London I saw an A1. But it wasn't just an normal A1, all I saw was the roof and a massive (compared to size) wing. So I always think back the the A1 Quattro I missed.

Glad you enjoyed Detroit! I have to admit when I first saw the FT-1 online, I thought it was hideous. Then I drove it in GT6 and liked it a little more. Then I saw it yesterday in person and fell in love. I'm glad the RWD sports car is coming back.

When I was in England last year, we were on our way to the town of Castle Combe, and of course the track for a visit. Somewhere in-between where were left and there, we passed a tiny industrial area and what was there, a shop with tons of TVRs out front. Neil Garner Performance. And right out front, a Sagaris.
Also while we were at the Prescott Hill Climb, there was a Lotus Carlton. Easily the two coolest cars I saw that week.

I love all racing, but nothing comes close to Dakar for me. I'm just hoping the year comes soon when Robby can finally win.

This car is also now in Gran Turismo 6, with full interior! I have to admit, I didn't really like the car, but after a lap around Willow Springs, I like it!

I've always wanted a C210 Skyline, and right after that is the R30/R31. I'd totally take one of these over a GTR. Nothing against the GTRs, but I love the looks of these.
