IKR. Makeup is like a therapeutic ritual. It's almost sacred. Sshhh....

@Sharlynn Ng Thanks Sharlynn! I don't touch grays and silvers often too... I would put them on extreme ends of 'very sad' or 'very loud'. HAHA! But they CAN look very beautiful when paired correctly! =)

@valerinee Hello! Thanks for commenting!

1) Yes. There was once I had to wait THREE HOURS. =.=" That was on a super busy day, like one day before a public holiday. But usually I wait about 1 hour plus. So if you want to see her, be prepared to wait. I rarely see her now, I just go to her clinic and replenish my medication. =)

2) Yes! It's my super favorite base. Have never owned a base good enough to make me go through 2 bottles already. (I think there's a problem with this product on www.dolltodollcosmetics.com currently. Our tech team is working on it. So if you want to make an order, do write in to orders@dolltodoll.com. ^_^* )

@sophia_shufei Hmmm, as I mentioned in my reply to @kiradyn, it's really about individual preference. It just happens that Visapure works better for me. The type of brush head matters too. I use the sensitive brush coz I have sensitive skin that has become quite thin after the facial incident, while there wasn't a soft enough brush head by Clarisonic.

4 months, 1 week ago on Your Questions Answered: My Skincare Regime

Reply

@kiradynI think some people do experience weird reactions when they start using a new product or device. I also let my skin get used to Clarisonic and was madly persistent (6 months!) on making it work even though my skin didn't get better and instead was more susceptible to pimples.

It really boils down to individual skin coz I have many friends who love the Clarisonic the way I love Visapure. I'm glad your skin has become accustomed to Visapure!

@BijakLestariI have tried both and Visapure works better on my skin (I am not paid to say this HAHA). The gentle brush head is just...... so...... soft..... Doesn't exfoliate so much that it causes outbreaks or redness. Perfect for my sensitive skin. Yes, I would urge you to wait for my full review to be up, but if you're in urgent need, then there won't be any regret getting it earlier either. =)

@elena_pancetta Hmmm is your skin typically dry? Coz I have oily skin and I feel that the Estee Lauder foundation is really good in keeping my skin velvet-matte. Drier skins might find it slightly drying, I think!

@uglyfatchick  Is it because it's hard to get the bristles in between your teeth? When I had crooked teeth before braces my teeth were often dirty too because the toothbrush bristles just could not get between them to brush cleanly.

@BAMBIx  Yay!! Thanks for the compliment! I think that's the awesome thing about Veneers. They really are as good as a makeover, but remain really natural until you can't tell! You probably can get them done in Thailand, especially since you are from Thailand. It's just more convenient for me to do it at Orchard Scotts Dental. I can just pop by for a review anytime and it makes me feel safer that they're just a quick phonecall away.

@catplan You mean the Smile Makeover? It really depends on what you want because you can choose the grade of Veneers your budget allows for, the exact shade desired, how many teeth, upper and/or lower, and whether extra prep work is needed before you actually can put on Veneers. It's best if you can let Dr Jerry take a look, or ring the clinic up to ask for more specifics. =)

@themistymomHello and thank you! I've never tried Teint Miracle coz they said it's not so good for oily skin. I have the Mat Miracle and it's one of my fav foundations. I reviewed it here if you're interested to look: http://bunbunmakeuptips.com/lancome-mat-miracle-foundatio-review-perfect-cover-and-finish-for-oily-and-blemished-skin/

It's hard to compare Mat Miracle against Lightbulb coz the former is really fantastic with oil control while Lightbulb emphasizes on a glowy finish. I'd say Lightbulb isn't too good for oily skin.
