Very well done @Greatist!! This is an awesome infographic! Thanks for sharing
I totally think it helps when you and your spouse are on the same page in regards to help. My wife and I will work out together. We eat the same foods. We both value our health and fitness. It makes it SO much better when you have an accountability partner with you always.
My proteins include eggs, egg whites, turkey, chicken, beans, and nuts. I try to stay away from protein shake and anything "man-made." I like those natural protein you can get from real food.
Thanks Aylin! I think the chocolate fruit bark sounds great! I love the fact that it has 5 ingredients opposed to a Snickers or something that has 15 names you can't even pronounce. Can't wait to try it!
Your list of 80 healthy substitutes is quite good! I would love to see a future post about healthy habit substitutes like cooking at home instead of going out, walking after dinner, activities to do instead of watch TV, etc. Great list and look forward to more in the future!
My stress relief comes through the socialization technique. I verbalize it, usually to my wife. This helps me to release it, hear it, and process it. My other go to is to take it to God prayer, amazing stress relief!
