Cool! I just recently bought the same rims in the bronze colour but in 14x9 -22. I can't wait to throw them on as well!
@Lastspark Not possible to buy a running BMW for 2000 where I live and I seriously doubt where you do either (unless you had parts lying around). Also seems you have something against 4 cylinders?

@Ryanfels While possible, what's the point? (I also very much doubt that's what this owner has done) D2's are a rubbish china spec coilover. The people who buy them usually fall into three categories. 1 - Uninformed buyer who thinks they're good. 2 - Cheap people 3 - People looking to slam their car.

@LesBruce @IshMel I think people would take you a lot more seriously if you opted to use proper grammar and spelling.
@EricJMiller @Mandrino For a regular car, hey why not? But for a sportscar a regular manual transmission should at LEAST be an option. Also drinking a beverage or eating with a manual isn't difficult.
@Johnjusto While you fully entitled to your preference of other disciplines of Motorsport, calling drift B grade is an insult to all the top drivers out there and the skills which they possess.

@andrewhake Oh really? Can I feed in the clutch as I please? Can I dump it? Can I feather it? Can I kick it like its going out of fashion? Sure I understand tech is quicker but for a sportscar there has to be a manual option. You feel part of the car, your controlling it. I like feeling that without me the car could not operate.

@ylee I think a lot of the "haters" are just saying comparatively that FWD is boring compared to the other layouts.
@goon It probably is your driving then because I can't think of any RWD cars which have "terminal oversteer" at low speeds. Also the examples you give are not very relatable as who would compare these rather mundane acts in different drivetrain layouts?
Up to a certain power limit FWD is just as competitive as any other drivetrain layout. However I can't think of many people who would go out of their way and choose a FWD over the others.
I think the world needs video of the S20 and that TC24.
