@RNDLow Reality is just reality.
We are not improved and are, at least, two tiers below the Big Boys. That's just reading the scoreboard.
That truth concerns you should be the warning flag of irrationality.
@RNDLow It's foolish to believe this team is in any way (strategically) improved from last year's, a team which was blown out by AL and LSU whilst nearly losing to Texas A&M, Ole Miss and Vanderbilt.
If you consider nine points from 8-4, at best, "good," you're an apologist.
@RNDLow Facts are facts and we have NOT improved as a unit.
Somehow, expressing truth doesn't strike anyone but foolish fanatics as "dogging."
That's not even close to reality. In fact, we've averaged <3rd best in our own HALF of the conference during the past four years and have not even come CLOSE to defeating Alabama.
Truth is that we've had a decent offense -- with NO defense -- the past two years with top level competition showing us just how failed a Conference USA strategy that is.
If you're annoyed, it's because our winning percentage against LSU and AL is 33% during the past four years.
That's why any objective fan would be.
Now we have confirmation of what I said would occur at hire (beyond Petrino being character garbage): we've played Conference USA ball for four years.
I guess that explains not sniffing an SEC Title.
Safe? "For now" at best.
I'd have to look it up, but Commissioner Slive has already reported that an LSU vs. A&M game is a significantly bigger draw than LSU vs. AR or AR vs. A&M.
Bottom line?
We lose LSU at Thanksgiving. That's just eventual reality.
