@PierreBelliveau all very cool, but when vettel need Webber's help to win the championship, he might not be there to help anymore like he did in the past...And Webber when the pitstop came was 4 seconds ahead of vettel, so I doubt, if mark kept pushing, he would win anyway
@F1_is_not_a_procession @777 @JDMized Webber had a 4 second lead before the pitstop, then turned the gine down, when vettel came back to the track, he was all over mark...
It was ferrari's call not Alonso's... inform yourself, before saying bullshit... Even if it wasn't, better crash alone, than crash into your teammate like Vettel does
Amazing! track record by almost a second with a "oldschool" RWD car in a track that favours AWD tracks :)
@patmald Why going with KERS? KERS is complicating a simple car... Complicating to have a boost of 3 or 4 seconds at a cost of 50 or 60kg (maybe more) of weight, wich spoils the car.... Adding just 30kg, you can get a turbo system that not only gives MUCH more power than KERS, but also gives that extra power ALL the time, not just a few seconds...So yeah... Why having a Less powerfull, heavier, and overcomplicated car, when you can a have a more powerfull, simpler and more reliable one?
Realy cool loking, but, I think the Murcielago had more drama in the roadster version
I'm sorry but I don't get these hybrid things in sports cars... Sports cars ar much about weight, and how much performance they can get out of that weight...KERS or other hibrid stuff have such a poor "specific" output, I mean, the power to weight ratio of those things are terrible.... With kers, you would like something like 50 or 60kg maybe more, a lot of complexity, just to have a few seconds of extra power... that's crap...The truth is wich a supercharger or turbo charger, you will get a lot more extra power than KERS, with unlimited time of extra boos, and with much less extra weight added to the car... So... A turbocharged/supercharged GT86 would be much more powerfull, less complex and lighter than a GT86 with KERS....
Is Nemo RWD or 4WD? In the previous post here at SH, says theis about the Nemo: "reputedly sending 900hp to the rear wheels and a weight of less than 1000kg". Is it right?
Who said you needed a v8 to be competitive? Nice to see a 15+ year old straight six, kicking v8 ass...
