Yup exactly as I predicted. A dual boot system that docks and is a standard AIO PC or a tablet undocked runs both windows and android.

windows pc to clarify
Who knows, but here's another theory. We usually refer to computers as all in ones(e.g. all in one desktop). Maybe It's not a tablet but a combination of an android tablet and windows pc. Kinda like you use android while on the go and connect it to something to make it a pc.
i gotta agree with you about a dual boot system. i do think the drops forming into one then splitting to windows logo and android is a huge hint at either a dual boot tablet or android on windows. if you remember there was a company at one point trying to make it so you can run android through windows.
