@JQuest81 I do worry about that as well, as an iphone user since the 4 and 4s came to sprint a year and a half ago ive had the same iphone 4 since i signed up with sprint. I have had almost a flawless experience with my iPhone and it not having a removable battery. HTC, ive played this game with them many times before I remember seeing new phones come out and all these reviews saying OMG its the most amazing thing ever, then in the real world use, it flops and its a mediocre experience. I fell victim to that with the HTC Sensation. Wasnt a totally bad phone but after i went through 2 of them that 3rd one lasted me a good while. So im not buying into the hype of these reviewers until my boy Floss get his hands on one and reviews it. Look him up on youtube, FlossyCarter, He does not BS anyone constantly buying his own phones and giving hard real reviews and tells u what these other reviews won't tell you about products. When something works he tells u, when its wack BS wether it be a phone or tab or certain features, he tells you. I dont think you will find a more honest reviewer out there.
This build looks amazing, But hopefully it doesnt have a Ferrari body with Kia engine u know lol Lets see what the S4 is all about and maybe if Apple ups their game with the 5s or 6.

i just have to wait n see it compared to the Galaxy 4 before i make any decisions on buying one. It looks great and sounds great in theory bc all these phones do, spend 3-4 weeks with it see if your opinion changes and then see how it stands up too the gs4
@TheDark_Knight another great point...im still not seeing the value of a curved display. Well lemme re think this one through, having the tech allows thinner screens/phone also eliminating the bezel and i hear they are able to view the screen from any angle without loss of clarity. But to actually curve the display im not sure im seeing the importance of that. Do you? maybe you can help me understand where samsung is going with this.

Is this increase really related to the trial or is it bc sales reps are bring pushed to sell more android devices? The Gs3 is the hottest android phone out there but also yea people want the iPhone less bc the 5 is coming out very soon. So I phone sales are dropping bc of that not bc of the trial verdict. Come on now.
2 years, 3 months ago on Apple's trial win aids Samsung- Research shows increased Galaxy S3 sales following verdict
Ive been on here only alittle while. And i use and iphone and an ipad and in our house 2 apple tvs, 2 imacs and one ipod. The intergration is great! Now i have used Android for about 3 years. It just didnt work out for me. Im not a fan boy.
I in no way support Apple's attempt to victory over samsung. I have told people countless times over and over again its like inventing the wheel and saying ok go ahead and make your own wheel but just dont make it round
Samsung IMO has no way copied the Iphone. I think Iphone set a standard and everyone has kept up in their own way and Samsung, Moto, HTC etc,,, Have had great success in their own designs. But there is only so many ways you can make a freakin smart phone!!! Notice how Apple only goes after Samsung but no one else bc i could make comparisons to other companies "copying" them as well. But no one is copying anyone...EXCEPT for all those iphone crappy knock offs you can buy online through china. Those are Blatant rips offs. I think you guys know what phones im talking about?

@kanoneyez Exactly bro, well said!
2 years, 4 months ago on Why Buying An All Glass Device Isn't A Good Idea
Why do people get all crazy about phones like this lol it's one thing about us all being passionate about electronics, I love that. But did anyone here graduate from Apple state college or Android University?? LOL. They go around tailgating at android and apple events hahaha. No... I always remind people to be passionate about smart and useful things bc putting that same passion in arguing and defending compaies that don't care about any of us is counter productive and useless. Put that same passion into real things and maybe you might make an impact in this world. Not on droid dog.com lol.
Lastly, if he actually read my post he would of noticed 2 things. 1. I went through ALL of the settings. 2. All I did was say I was disappointed and I mean I had the phones right next to each other in the store. How much more proof do I need?? I even went out on a limb saying it maybe was a faulty device. But no he chose to ignore all of that. And furthermore, I didn't bash the device. I said it ran so smooth and fast and was very impressed. I used Android for years and used all high end devices. Lastly, I'm not a fanboy nor am I loyal to one brand. If something just fails me over and over again I'm done with it n I move on. The iPhone hasn't let me down so I will continue to use it until so.
Does any of this sound unreasonable to anyone reading this?
I think they should just "man up" and really start from the ground up. Take what they do great, which is alot and expand on it and then look at what they are doing bad and build on it. BB was king for a long time. I remember they alos aquired an outside company to help them do something like build a whole new OS. WHat happened to that?

@YasuHsu @Haloruler64 i dont like that they did that, too confusing, but hey thanks for posting that link too. That is a crazy informative article going really into depth about all of this. Im gonna have to give it a good read tomorrow. Im sure im gonna learn some interesting truths about screen technology :)
Omg... Ok I'll say it Andrew we get it u didn't like the direction of the article stop nit picking. We get it. You didn't like the article or in the way it was directed. Move on before u start looking like a douche. Lol god damn@Haloruler64 @AndrewShalat
@Haloruler64 Holy Crap THANK YOU!!!! :) You deff know ur stuff man to answer this bc this not only makes sense but its been baffling me for months now lol Do u think they will eventually abandon AMOLED Tech? Droiddog did that story as i mentioned above about Samsung developing their new OLED screens. Are those OLED screen the same ones we would see that were at CES that were flexible and they displayed them behind glass all bent and curved?
@Haloruler64 Heres something im curious about maybe u can clear up for me. First, there was AMOLED, then SUPER AMOLED, briefly there was SUPER AMOLED PLUS and now since the Galaxy NExus and SGS3 they are SUPER AMOLED HD (HD being the amount of pixel resolution, right?) My question is lol What happend to SA PLUS???? Why is there no SA PLUS HD?? This confused me greatly and yes im a screen snob lol :)
@Haloruler64 Im not here to play sides, u know like most "apple fanboys". And i used to be in the industry with Tmobile and was a Verizon customer, now Sprint. The first thing I always do when i demo a phone is go to the settings, take off the auto brightness and make sure its on full blast. When the Best Buy rep handed me the phone i immediately did that and was shocked to see it was already all the way up in the settings. I held them next to each other and said wow the screen is really dull, he said yea its the one thing i was majorly disappointed with was the screen brightness. Now, i had the Galaxy 1 and 2 and the Sensation with the QHD screens and im sure it would be easier to have them physically next to eachother to compare but i remember them being way brighter then this phone and he handed me the Evo 4g lte and it was almost 2x as bright. Maybe a faulty device?????
i checked it out today and i was really unimpressed by the screen. It was really dull in comparison to my regular Iphone4. Held them up to eachother and made sure the brightness was all the way up. However phone ran awesome and so smooth, they really did an awesome job with the SGS3 but the screen was disappointing. I heard samsung has developed new OLED screens that have more pixels then the retina displays. I cant wait to see what thats gonna be all about!
@DanDaniel I know what you mean, i worked for tmobile. You just said one of the smartest things about the industry ive ever heard. Its so true, but will it ever happen? I hope so bc i left the company for the exact reason of making not enough money. Commission structures change too much and the compaines, it seems, try to make it as complicated as possible to hide the fact that they want more of our commission. They want us to make money for them not for ourselves.
2 years, 4 months ago on AT&T Reps Instructed to Sell Anything But iPhone
I used to sell phones, I do like my iphone, but i have to say using a windows phone wasnt all that bad with the way it is now. People complain about "apps" not all being there and some people dont care about an apps store like others do...Some people go way overboard on apps
@TheOneandOnlyAnonymouse Well i wiil agree to disagree, bc then that means they both suck and both companies owe us alot of money and time back. I dont have time to make up my expierences (not saying you are, but just know im not just saying this to just complain) they are what they r. Lemme comment on Android...if its so great, why is it people cant wait to root their phones bc the rooted OS is better then the stock one, Updates take forever to come out and when they come out end up damaging the phones causing new issues and as far as roms go...which eventually every rom has a shelf life...YEs, you can make the same argument about jailbreaking Iphones. I think Android roots, while they, if new to the device, can be complicated to do and install, are far superior to Iphone Jail breaking. Jailbreaking sucks but i will say returning it to stock was very simple where getting some of these Android rooted phone back to stock could sometimes be troublesome. When i sold electronics i would tell people this...No device is perfect, they are all electronics and all of them can fail at some point in time, some more frequent then others. Doesnt matter if its apple or dell or android or samsung or whatever, they will all fail randomly, its just a matter of time not a matter of what device
2 years, 5 months ago on Want a $1,299 Android tablet? Qualcomm's Snapdragon S4 Pro Quad-core Developer Tablet Is Just The One For You
@DevinG5423 I really love apple computers...But phones, i went 3 years owning almost every android device from verizon and tmobile. Then i actually worked for Tmobile and saw customer after customer come in with their android phones month after month with issues and returns and warranty exchanges. It took my 3 years to finally give in to getting an Iphone bc i thought Android was better but the proof is in my actual use. Ive had my iphone4 7 months now i have almost no complaints about it. Its the best phone ive ever had and most reliable. Im not Brand loyal to shit. If it works i keep it if it doesnt i sell the POS and move on to the next one. That simple!
Yea but it still runs android...which means how many master resets in 6 months? how many times will it freeze? 13 mpx camera but then how are the optics? WIll it need an update as soon as u buy it bc they just realized some of the hardware wont work 100% or will you get an update that will screw up the OS...Android can blow me ok lol. For the record, Ive had way too many highend android devices and switched to IOS and say what u will about apple lacking certain functions and playing catch up but it always works when i need it to and android has failed me every single time on ever single device ive ever owned.
