I would wear a pair of oversized pants, those parachute ones that have some sort of crazy pattern on them and bright bold colours,  and because the pants attract attention I would tone the top part of my outfit down by wearing a simple white tshirt and probably a light coloured denim jacked or blazer over top the tshirt, i would accesserize with an oversize clutch and a stackable braclets and a bright gold  watch, i would be wearing a number of rings to match and large hoop earings along with aviator sunglasses. my hair would be in loose curls to match.
