Looking forward to talking with you and passing the torch, so to speak. I'll just be there from Tuesday through Friday, so I don't have a lot of extra time, but I'm sure we can find a moment somewhere.

@GSN Team The Trac instance will stay for now. It is still our plan to retire the Hosted Apps platform, but firm dates have not been set on that, and we will have migration information available prior to taking that step.

I presume you're talking about hsqldb, and I've added it to the delay list.

@QuintonReeves I'm very sorry to hear you say that, and I'd love to talk with you further about your disappointments, and see what we can do to fix that. Would you be willing to elaborate on this? email@example.com

@GuestGuest2 Perhaps I wasn't clear. This isn't a piece of software that you can download, but, rather, is a feature of the SourceForge developer platform that you'll use while developing software hosted on SourceForge.

@rodel I contacted the project admins, and it appears that they do in fact have plans to get things moving again, which is pretty exciting.

Yes, unfortunately Komposer hasn't done a release in some time, but it's still a very popular download. Mostly I was trying to drum up a little interest in it, in the hopes that someone might submit a patch or two. We feature projects for a wide variety of reasons.

@ricoz I'll put you in touch with the right people. If you could send your email address to me - rbowen at sourceforge dot net - I can make the introductions.

We needed a way to ensure that people didn't vote hundreds of times, as happened the first time we did this. Unfortunately, this requires somewhere with accounts, and Twitter has worked well for this so far. Until we have a voting mechanism on SF.net, we'll probably do votes based on Twitter, as it is the most universal thing going at the moment.

My mistake. I'll let Marc (tahoeob, below) speak for the project himself.

It's not a fork. It's a rewrite, and it's under the CPAL (http://opensource.org/licenses/cpal_1.0) which is an OSI approved Open Source license.

@AlexKontos Yeah, there's a bug in the TwtPoll site where the graph is mislabeled. The numbers below are correct. They're working on that.
