In fact it's worse than a not working app. It doesn't allow customers to login, and eventually locks people out of their own account necessitating a visit to a personal computer to unlock the account.I use the iPhone app. If you read the reviews at the app store before downloading, you'll see that there are buggy problems.Nice to have an app - yes. NOT nice to have an app that locks you out of your account.
