@ACT @bcub Junior needs to have a slave whispering into his ear, "Remember Caesar, Thou art mortal!" - but he doesn't. A very serious war may result due to that lack.

Chinese financial support of North Korea may make it impossible to avoid a war. China should be told so in no uncertain terms.
Actually, if the bags are made with a little Earth Nurture Additive, they are as biodegradable as tree leaves. See: http://earthnurture.com .

If anyone deserves bashing, it's China. China persecutes Tibetan Buddhists, Han civil rights workers, Uighur Muslims, and is pursuing a very aggressive campaign of imperialist expansion by stealing every uninhabited piece of real estate in the South and East China Seas.

What a load of propaganda. Mitt Romney paid 13% in income tax. He didn't build any factories in the US with that huge tax savings - he put his extra millions into offshore tax havens. The new global order that the author praises was built by destroying American manufacturing. That's why the third world is prospering - they are undercutting America by paying third-world workers a fraction of what US workers must be paid to live in America.

@Rodrian_Roadeye @Saoirse72 I have never seen a Rambo movie, and I'm a Progressive - but I was alive and following the international news at the time.

@Rodrian_Roadeye @Saoirse72 You are no scholar. N. Vietnam was backed by Russia, not China. Vietnam actually fought a border war with China during the time the US was in Vietnam.
The Russian mind turns readily to paranoia. It would be best to not provide fuel for this by surrounding Russia with more military allies, as Russians tend to think of life as one giant game of Stratego. Mitt probably just wants to throw some pork to political backers with his desire to build more missiles, but Russia is unlikely to perceive this.
@Sibir Your English is incomprehensible.

@Nikolay Ru @InnerCynic @Granten Legitimate president? As far as I can tell, the words 'legitimate' and 'legal' mean nothing in the Middle East.
Like a rabid dog, the government of Syria is provoking its own doom.
This article is a description of a failed state. There is no 'Pakistan' to be friends with.

The Generals told us that the choice was between them and the Islamists. They gave the Islamists enough rope to hang themselves, and then they quashed the whole morality play, after the point was proved. Now America and Europe will abandon their dream of a liberal democracy in Egypt, and tacitly support the corrupt generals.
