I would be very interested to learn more about how they plan to deal with the fact that many of the region's higher profile startups and incubator/accelerators are not in the City of Los Angeles, but in the City of Santa Monica.  Is this a regional or a city effort?  LA County has a great deal to gain, LA city maybe not as much, unless it is a directed effort to give businesses incentive to move from Santa Monica to LA. 

No horse in this race since I would love to escape the high rents and parking hell of Santa Monica, just curious...
