I think everyone needs to keep in mind that these are just reports and rumors.  Hardly gospel.

This series is going to kill me.  I just had the thought of "How am I going to handle this if it goes 7 games?" and I woke up five minutes later in a pool of vomit and sweat.

During halftime, I heard the wife and the person sitting next to her laughing at something on the screen, but I didn't catch it.  Then, another funny thing (I don't remember what it was).  I asked what the other was, and the wife says to me, "Just a weird night of birthdays, apparently.  Earlier it said something like 'Happy Birthday, Tron...Chaser?' Yeah, TronChaser, that's it."

@ThunderBelize  @EatSleepThunder Since this is Oklahoma and all, would our Big 12 only have 10 guys?

@jdstorm 11 of the past 13, regardless.  Ridiculous.

@Tronchaser I have no shame in saying my prediction was Spurs in 4 or 5.  Never been happier to be wrong.

Sitting in Loud City for that game, you could feel the electricity in the 4th quarter.  It was insane.  You absolutely knew you were seeing something special -- Kevin Durant would not let this team lose this game.  It was fantastic.

I was there for the first playoff game against the Lakers two years ago.  I was there for the two big buzzer-beaters against Dallas this year.  I was there for the 50/40/Triple-Double night earlier this year.  This absolutely was my favorite game I've ever attended.

Watched it about 12 times now, and I still get chills every time.  Outstanding.

I'm not saying that this is wrong or unwarranted, but man... looking over the comments, we are officially in apocalypse mode.

@anonymous12345 Exactly my point (the second part).  I don't think you DON'T give Brooks an extension unless there's someone out there that's established with proven playoff winning experience.  We've gone to back-to-back conference finals, you don't make a change to go to an assistant after that, do you?

@anonymous12345 That seems a little ridiculous.  I would like to think that IF we decide to make a coaching change, it would be for an established postseason winner, not an assistant.

@tydude I sent a reply to his email.  Doubt he'll read it.  I would post here but it's long.

The biggest issue for the Thunder right now is the Spurs.

@BrianConnell After reading my previous post, I realize it seemed like I was arguing with you.  I wasn't.  I was just kinda stating a point.  Be mad at the ownership group, fine.  But don't be mad at Oklahomans because we're happy with the hand we were dealt.

@BrianConnell Be bitter towards the ownership group, I don't care.  But don't knock the city itself or the people here.  Trust me when I say this:  We didn't want your stupid Sonics.  What people don't realize is that we loved the Hornets when they played here after Katrina.  We wanted the Hornets to stay, and they didn't want to go back to that hellhole of NOLA and the empty arena.  When that was denied us, we were heartbroken.  We love the Thunder now, obviously, and wouldn't have it any other way, but I'm curious as to if even the Thunder fans remember that feeling.

Dear Sonics fans, (That is, fans of things that are long dead and they can't just let it go, like Trekkies or other groups equally annoying.)

Please, whine more.  We care.

(Not really.)

Signed,

Thunder fans.
