What are the ways (other than financial return) that you believe startups should measure their impact either positive or negative.

Super interesting and impressive, as long as the businesses don't feel essentially forced to claim their pages and become paying customers because of inaccurate curated information showing up as a top search result. Would be nice to hear a bit about this angle, which has been an issue with some other players in this space.
