 @CodeBlueICU My grandfather is an ethnic Chinese from Vietnam from a rich family. He was sent to school in Hong Kong, but went to China during the Cultural Revolution because he loved Communism. So he joined and they took all his money. When the Communists took over Vietnam, his family lost all its money too.

 

Interesting article. I had always thought Vietnam was completely dependent on the Chinese economy.

 @phattonez7  @VietnamDodger look at a guy like Brandon Morrow. He strikes out a ton of batters but gets hit a ton before this year. Then he lowered his strikeouts and he's pitching better.

 @VietnamDodger Mark Ellis is only hitting .211/.323/.246 against righties for a terrible .569 OPS. I had no idea a guy who seemed like he was hitting alright against righties was so bad.

I don't think you're understanding "regression". If Belisario (or any pitcher's) expected long run BABIP is .300, and currently his BABIP is .200, it's not that we're expecting .400 BABIP the rest of the way. We're still expecting .300.
