As a GoDaddy customer, I have had a few interactions with Warren Adelman over the years and I've got to say the guy seemed very interested in making sure I had a good experience and listening to feedback. He paid much more attention to me than I would have expected from a guy helping run a giant business. Not a fan of killing elephants of course, or dolphins, and I certainly don't think GoDaddy is anywhere close to perfect (+billion re the admin panel and the annoying upsells), but I have definitely become an Adelman fan.
Hamish, Google Places/Hotpot has had a long history of review count "anomalies". It definitely seems to have gotten better over time but it's pretty easy to still find inconsistencies throughout the application.
