A decade? I think you mean almost 3 decades ago. The original Hoyas Terminators came out at the same time Nike did the Be True To Your School campaign and outfitted 7 other teams with color coordinated Dunks.

The photo you've used for the Silver Anniversary pair is incorrect, you've got the 2001 Japanese release which had rounded laces, also the 25th anniversary pair has a LOT of cracking going on in the silver sections even in brand new unworn condition.

I guess this is what happened to the leftover OG AM 1 from 2012? While I don't mind a yearly release of these, I've barely put any wear on the first pair of mine from 2012 and haven't even taken the second out of the box. My 2009 pair is still wearable too.

@diegoz95  They announced the knit samba, this is their high end boot I think.

How is it you link to an interview with the designer where he explains what SOMP stands for, and you STILL get it wrong in this blurb? "Standing On My Pedals"

Who fact checks this stuff? This particular color way came out in the era when Chris Paul was the star player for the New Orleans Hornets.

I like these, but I'm not feeling too confident that they'll make decent pairs since the photos have all kinds of excess glue on the toe.

It doesn't bother me at all, I prefer dunks to AF1s, I'd like to see it reversed a bit too though, I'd pick up some City Attack AF1s.

I'm in. Really glad that this kind of color blocking isn't the in thing anymore which means I might have a decent chance at getting myself a pair.

I wouldn't call the sport turq uniquely modern, Nike made all kind of SMU pairs for runners back then.

While I don't like these, there's something oddly nostalgic to me about the Reebok White pack, it takes me back to middle school/high school growing up in the South. Air Force 1s weren't king here, Reeboks were.

@BigSam81 They've edited the photo tag. I'd say it was a big mistake.

Why is the Blazer tagged as a Nike Dunk OG?

@SupaBlackB No Laser Pink was one of the original colorways on the AM90 for Women, the Concord/Laser Pink pair, it was rereleased back in 2010

I'm not sure when you guys started writing this piece, but the AF1 options are the most limited I've seen in a while right now, not very many colors to choose from, and you've get very basic blocking options.

Not bad, but not worth the trouble involved in getting anything from his website. The 999 is nice enough without a collaboration.

These were a pretty easy pick up for me. I got up about 5 minutes before the mall near me opened and I drove over and struck out at the shop I'll usually pick up from, only to find that Champs hadn't even opened yet. 10 minutes later I'm walking out with my pair. I thought I'd be wearing them a lot this summer, but these haven't made too many appearances in my rotation.

These were worth the 4 hour wait in line. I've worn them pretty regularly since I picked them up, but I've been letting them lay low now to break them out again in a year or 3.

Saucony keeps on releasing all kinds of awesome that fly under the radar. I'm going to hate the day that other people get turned onto these and I have to make plans to buy new releases.

These are lowkey enough to pick up and wear normally. Well, as lowkey as wearing a pair of instapump fury can be.

I prefer when the 2012s have muted flywire accents. The red right there just makes it look too busy.
