I apparently can't read....page 5.
Ty Lawson straight kicked dude in his coin purse on page 3.....
Never understood why these get no retro love. I personally like the 96's better than the 95's. If the Metal Max version ever drops..... sweet baby Jesus!
@cdb23 Just for feet?! Holy shit! Not sure if you are from Columbus or not but we had one here back in the day that had a basketball court inside where you could 'test' your shoes after you bought them. So dope. Good call.
@mints I'm going to give NK the benefit of the doubt and say they were saying that the Iceman's blazers were the predecessor to the Nike Dunk. Otherwise, BIG editing oversight.
Of all the apps to inspire you to make a shoe......ugh. Internet Exploder. That alone is enough to make me not want them. Do people still use Internet exploder outside of work/using it to download your browser of choice because you just got a new pc or reimage?
Dude on the first page is CRUSHING those bred XIII's!!
Someone. Anyone. Does the DMX work like I remember?
No clue what you would rock these with, but the design is sic.
I feel like Nice Kicks needs to make a gif of Ross's shot..... just sayin.
The infamous 'BRed' colorway looks the best to me so far. That's the safe and cliche answer, I know, but if I was to buy a pair, those would be it.
On page 5, the infamous free throw line dunk in the white and cement 3's... he could have jumped another 2 feet behind where he actually jumped and still made it with his elbow above the rim. St. Michael.
Slam Dunk contest needs to take back this format. Both the guys doing one dunk at a time, and having some names people actually recognize.
Man! Do I have a few these. In childhood, I could go on for days. Most recent heartbreak would be the SB Cigars, SB Rollerderby's, and the black/cement 3's.
@jason_ess Haha right on. I'm not up on Reebok like I probably should be, I just know a while back there were some Iverson's re-released, I believe it was the first 'Answer's, that did not have the original DMX tech in them and people were pissed. So I was afraid it was a trend with retro DMX sneakers.
@abuddadustflix @Cth724 @DreamChaser I hear you. My point was simply at some point the Jordan line will be our generations Chuck Taylor. Probably not in the immediate future, but I mean the tech in Jordans is already pretty much outdated for the court in comparison to all the high speed low drag stuff coming out now. They have already pretty much moved into the lifestyle shoe category, not to say people don't still wear them on the court, just saying they aren't wearing them for the performance as much as they are the nostalgia.
$300 cleats... what am I missing?
If that leather is as buttery as the pic makes it look, I think these would be a nice release.
Much respect to DJ Skee. GUD'LAWD!
