"Peace of mind knowing you have 5 minutes to cancel in case something comes up." uber system gets you the closest car to you. let's say you are in marin or oakland and you requested a car. most of the time you going to get a car from SF. The driver gets on the bridge to come to you but you canceled. this happen to me as driver. i think 5 minutes is a lot. it is not far for driver. i am talking about good driver.
as driver i get a lot of request from marin (north bay) because i am based in the marina. it does not take me long than 5 minutes to be on the bridge.
