@Moh Uber does not always choose the closest car to you. What you think is going to be 2 minutes sometimes turns into 15. I agree that if you are already on the bridge there should be a cancellation fee though.

Thank you for listening to our feedback and putting customers first. We appreciate it. It sucks to call a car and have the expected time go from 2 minutes to 10+ minutes when you're standing out in the rain. Also, it's good to know that if the driver is being stupid and starts driving in the opposite direction of you that you can cancel without penalty. We really appreciate it and I will definitely use the service now without reservation.
