@clixbits … whoever came up with this might have been a poor thief claiming to have am idea of geniality. True genius always is a creator not at all interested in stealing other ideas. Maybe they can inspire us. But if Rupert Sheldrake is right with his morphogenetic field theory - then - if an idea exists - we all have access to it – if we only can tune into the right radio channel :)

Andrew, this has happened to me in my former business - music - a few times. What did I learn over the years? My basic instinct of giving away value and not really expecting something back was totally right and I do that even more today! Giving away things thru the window always - and I mean always - brings back bigger value thru the front door. That's universal law! And it pushes you right into the middle of the flow. No matter if business or private. They copy one idea … you come up with 10 more innovative ideas. Its like the slow and fast lane on the highway. You can take the Apple-Microsoft story as a proof.

So keep up that generosity and don't let those few bad experiences switch your attitude - they're testing us. Don't waste your energy in fighting them! Benefit: at the end you always be the lucky guy, having more fun and fulfillment in live. I can't help it, but this really is a spiritual issue to me. Hope you don't mind.

Aloha - Tang

@pross @bngmonster @TheShamanMarketer  Howdy! As an »old« pagelines-customer i recently started my  migration-project of iBlogPro4 to 5. Since this threat started 5 month ago, I wonder what happened within that time to german translation.

I did localization for iBlogPro3 some years ago for Andrew and now I am back for the Framework-translation starting correction of some minor translation mistakes. But since I am not a validator, there are now 2 or 3 translation for the same stuff in the file. I did that by mistake, sorry. So pross … maybe you could give me validation rights, so I can help finish this language-project.

I am afraid that your customers are cooking their private soups with Poedit, until you don't split languages into front and backend! So please give us a frontend-only file like »German-frontend-only«. Thats what is needed most! And lets keep the »German« file as a complete translation. I will help you guys with the backend also. But that's much more work and needs a little time!

I do german CC on some english YouTube videos on my channel. So I actually have uploaded 2 srt-files: english and german. In embedded videos it has never been a problem to choose german als the default language, but Facebook always takes english as the default language. Off course you can switch to the german language withe the CC button, but that would be too much to explain. To show my german Facebook-Friends the german version by default, I am forced to switch of the english language file in YouTube. Never found a way around it til now. Do you have any idea?
