If we choose to give these words power, then we are perpetuating the problem. The gays brought the word gay back and it's not seen as nearly as demeaning as it once was.

include the 2 years that he's already under contract for at 20M, he
basically has a new contract of 7 years at 130M.
That's an average of 18.6M a season.
Compare that to the 20M a season that Flacco is currently making, and the 'record contract' comes into perspective.
On top of that, Flacco is getting $62 million over his first three years. Rodgers? $62.5 million.
