@CaptainChoco You seem to forget that even Samsung, the bigest seller of android devices (although definitely not my favorite skin) changed the button order... Nobody seemed to care if we look at how many gs3 were sold...
@samjpullen It might be that they are planning an app like sony on their tablet where it will act as a universal remote control. If so, that would be pretty sweet!
@tonkotsu @Renaissance247 @Joe Fedewa
What the hell is wrong with you Tonkotsu? Did you wake up this mourning with a need to get mad at someone? You can have your own opinion without the need to tell people with other opinion they are idiots... The way I see it, it is a perfectly fine phone. I'm not a fan of the buttons position either but I guess, after a while, you get used to it... When I switch from one x to galaxy s3 and then to nexus 4, the position where all different but then after a few days you adjust. You don't like the phone, fine don't buy it. You can even write to HTC to let them know how you feel. But grow up and act like it!
@Des The point is not about Blackberry relevancy... Even Microsoft is suing these days and they do not perform much better than blackberry. As for the moving back in time, how do you think blackberry is doing it? It is the same but Samsung changed the way to do it a little...
This is a rip off of blackberry 10 camera in my opinion... Don't get me wrong, I like my Galaxy SIII. Samsung have nice inovation on their own (smart stay for instance is pretty nice) But this looks like we are going back to court pretty soon... https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=9l25ZmrELzM
I really don't understand how a phone with a 4,65 inch display could have been the s3 mini... The s3 mini should have been a phone of 4 inches like it is, but with specs of the level of what we expect from a s3... The s3 mini should be a s3 for people with small hands or people who prefer smaller phones...
@kjacksonmusic If they wanted to say that the apps work like they do on an ipad, they didn't need to talk about the nexus 7 and try to diminish its superiority spec wise. That is something that would have never been allowed while Steve Job was there because he knew well enough that talking about another product was acknowledging it... This has been one of the biggest problem from android OEM for years.. always comparing themselves with apple... Now Apple just got in the same wagon...
Not trying to convince you otherwise. As I mentioned, I own both devices and like both. @Des
The one X is 3g lighter than the s3. Just saying! I own both devices and they are both terrific.
Are you kidding me??? The One XL debuted in the USA on AT&T?? Could american please stop believing they are the center of the universe!!!! This phone was available in Canada way before it became available in the US...
I simply don't understand why the way all these company are acting right now is not against the law... Aren't they creating a sort of monopoly???
@DustinHalter Final branding? The fact that it is the exact same thing is not enough for you? If a car is already sold in Canada and you are expected to get the exact same car in your country in one month you will keep saying that it is in pre-production mode? Having the AT&T branding is like having a car in a different color.. It doesn't change anything on the performance..
@DustinHalter Having a at&t logo on top doesn't means that it isn't the same s4 processor with lte.... I have it in my hand right now!!!!
The at%t device is not in pre-production as it is the same version we have up north on Rogers... It's been out since april 20th...
